What is the difference between an RV Rally and an RV Caravan?
An RV Rally is an organized meeting for persons sharing a particular interest. Rally goers will meet at one campground and spend time enjoying the activities in the area that area of interest.
RV Caravans travel from city to city in groups.
Do I need to own my own RV?
Most people own their own RVs but you can travel in a rented RV. RV can be class A, B, B+, C, Van Conversion, travel trailer, or fifth wheel.
What does the price of a tour include?
RV site accommodations, morning coffee and donuts, dinner and activities listed in the itinerary, one souvenir t-shirt per traveler.
Are Prices per person?
Prices are broken down into 3 segments: coach with one traveler, coach with two travelers, and additional cost per extra traveler.
What are your payment options?
Option 1: A deposit of 15% for tours (30% for rallies) which includes an $89 non-refundable processing fee confirms your reservation, with the final balance due 90 days prior to tour start date.Option 2: Our monthly payment program allows you to pay per month. Just take the total amount and divide by remaining months and pay that each month. Please call us to assist with details on this.
Is there a price guarantee?
Once you’ve paid your deposit the price of your trip is guaranteed. If costs go up, your rate will not.
Do I need a tow vehicle?
You do not need a tow vehicle but bringing one will maximize your freedom. There are a few scheduled free’ days per tour.
Are pets welcome?
We’ve never experienced a campground that did not allow pets. So, yes, pets are welcome. It’s your responsibility to follow leash laws and have your pet’s paperwork. Please remember that you may have some long exploring days. So you may need to make some arrangements for your pets on these days. We do not provide this service.
Do you provide driving directions?
Yes, we will provide detailed driving directions.
How long is the typical daytime drive?
Maximum of 3-4 hours per day.
How should I prepare my RV before the trip?
Make sure your RV is in top condition before you leave home. Bring any warranties/dealer/manufacture details you may need for any unforeseen emergencies. This should include towing insurance.
Do you offer trip cancellation/interruption insurance?
We do not sell trip insurance but there are many reputable companies that do. Such as Allianz Travel, Amex Insurance, Seven Corners.
